Co-Op Theatre East and music ensemble thingNY will be presenting (and performing in) a live production of Samuel Beckett’s radio play Cascando, along with two new works for music and theatre, this Thursday, December 18 at Chashama, 217 E. 42nd Street. Performed by members of COTE and thingNY, the evening will beging with the premiere of Tip Tip, a 10-minute play written by COTE for performance by the musicians of thingNY, followed by Licycle, a music piece written by thingNY for performance by the theatre artists of COTE. The two troupes will then take the stage together for Beckett’s resounding radio play. The show begins at 9 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door for $6. Presented by The Tank.
